Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Our shipping policy is simple, after your order is made we then create each piece of jewelry you ordered. After the jewelry is complete we ship it out. The shipping cost is added to the item's price you pay at checkout. We will notify you by email once the item is shipped with a tracking number. 

Creation of each piece of jewelry will take 3-5 business days and shipping should take 3-5 days. Expect about 2-3 weeks turn around for each order.

All of our packages are fully insured for the value of the item. Although most cases we require customers to pickup from your local FedEx or UPS office, we do suggest you setup an account with the shipping carrier directly so you can securely store your item if you cannot be home when it arrives. Please keep in mind that if for some reason UPS or FedEx does not have a local office for you to pickup from then it will need a signature at the time of delivery to your residence. Our products come in an unmarked box from either UPS or FedEx inside this unmarked box will be our own boxes marked “Ichraqs Jewelry."
