Returns and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t offer you a refund.

Please give us 48-72 business hours to respond to return inquiries. Ensure you put your order number in the email subject line with your contact information so we can quickly respond to your return request.


Return and Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  1. Product is defective; bent, broken, damaged, or destroyed
  2. Product must be in original packaging
  3. Product damage or alterations must be documented via photo or video and sent via email to info@ichraqsjewelry.com with the following information as the subject line: your order number + return i.e. "Order 000 + Return."
  4. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
  5. Each jewelry piece is made to order, if you decide you no longer want the item  we will not accept a return nor give a refund. The piece is inspected for any defects before being shipped. Please follow all instructions here to determine if you are eligible for a return/refund. If you have received the product and it arrives bent, damaged, destroyed, or broken you can submit your claim to the shipping company and once finished we will ship you a new item. However, you must provide photo or video evidence of the damage to us as well as the shipping company. You must also provide us with a claim number from the shipping carrier so we may follow up with them on the status of the insurance claim. If the product is damaged before we ship it, we will simply create a new one and send it after follow up inspection- please note if this happens it will delay shipping times and you will be notified within 1-2 business days.
  6. In the rare event you do not receive your item from the shipping company you must report this immediately to the shipping company to track the package and if they determine it was delivered to the wrong address or is lost you must begin the insurance claim. Please also provide the claim details and information to Ichraqs Jewelry via email at info@ichraqsjewelry.com. Once the claim is finished processing and the shipping company completes the claim, we can begin a new order and ship you the new product after receiving the payment for the new product.   7. If you want a replacement item instead of a refund please note once we receive all required documentation and, if applicable, the shipping insurance claim is complete we will reproduce your product and ship it to you.

Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
